The research report was generated using available DNA matches and significant backup and cross-check with other user generated family trees and available online documentation. The report was both detailed and persuasive and fully met my desires. Some discrepancies with existing records were carefully explained, both to describe why certain individuals were eliminated as well as to further bolster the case for final names selected. Due to extra time needed to refine the solution, the communication of report status and the options were carefully explained, and although more expensive was well worth the additional effort and expense.
